Description
We bought this at an Opryland Hotel Gift Shop. I didn't think it would be any better than regular mustard, but it's excellent.

I have no idea why New Orleanians don't all weigh three hundred pounds with these incredible goodies so close by. If you can't get there in person, this is the next best thing.

Fage USA

Description
I have always been in the "eat yoghurt because it's good for you" class of yoghurt eaters. I have to mix in some fruit or granola. Not one bite can be just yoghurt by itself. Obviously, I don't eat it for the taste.
This yoghurt, and the Trader Joe's version, is completely different, at least to my tastebuds. It's more like creme fraiche than the yoghurt Americans traditionally eat. It's less tangy and it's thicker. My son and I have gone absolutely nuts for it, and I am even considering eating it by itself. Or maybe with a tiny bit of sugar, which is how I eat creme fraiche.
