I came to cycling late in life, but unlike the "former runners", triathletes, and casual bikers -- riding my road bike is my passion! I decided to create this list after I made a similar list about Spinning for a co-worker. But, as a true cyclist - I believe that all spinners should aspire to become cyclists and really learn what the sport has to offer. Because there's nothing quite like hammering out a 100 mile bike ride with your closest group of friends -- you talk,eat, and suffer - together. Enjoy!

Traveling on business is a skill developed through time, perseverance, and learning how and when to take shortcuts that can keep you sane. This list is comprised of some of the little tricks that I've learned over the years. I hope I can save you a little stress, keep a few lines off your face, and the gray hairs from finding their way on your head. Stow your tray table, bring your seat back to its upright and locked position - and enjoy your travels!
