Nike Air Max 180 TR+ Crosstrainers
First to recommend
Description
I am a New Balance guy, and I'm always nervous when I buy any other brand. But, I needed crosstrainers, and this looked to be my best option. Nikes are typically super tight on my feet. And true to form, these were uncomfortably snug, my feet hurt! After about a week, though, they started to break in & loosen up. I can honestly say I love them, and would definitely purchase another pair.

I'm a huge fan of New Balance. My feet don't hurt after my workouts, if I wear New Balance. Which is a huge plus. This shoe is lightweight, and has an arch support. Plus, it looks really cool.

New Balance MR645 (White/Navy) - New Balance Men's Running
First to recommend
Description
I am definitely a New Balance guy. I've got bad feet, and New Balance is really the only brand I've found that keeps my feet from hurting after my workouts. The MR645 is fairly new, and it comes in other colors too. A good pair of shoes can make all the difference in the world.

Under Armour | Men's HeatGear Large Logo T | Loosefit
First to recommend
Description
I will admit to having a personal bias when it comes to the style of workout clothes. Personally, I like my workout clothes to fit loose. I feel constricted when I wear the form fitting/tight fitness apparel. So, I really like this loose fit Underarmour t-shirt.
I love the Underarmour stuff. It's great for workouts and protecting your house.
Ladies, they have a the Loosefit HeatGear for women as well.

Under Armour Women's Heatgear Ua Interval Short Loosefit
First to recommend
Description
Personally, I'm not a fan of tight workout shorts, like spandex. If that's your thing, go for it. But fellas, at least wear a long shirt.
These are loosefit shorts from UnderArmour. I love the UnderArmour stuff, if you haven't tried them, you won't be disappointed.
The lightweight HeatGear is built with 4-way stretch and dries quickly to keep you cool.
Guys, they make loosefit shorts for men too.

Description
Proper hydration is an essential part of your life. But, it's not always easy to do. It's easy to get tired of drinking "plain" water. Propel offers a wide variety of flavors to keep you from getting bored. The flavors aren't sugary and overpowering, which is great.

MIO Classic Heart Rate Watch
First to recommend
Description
I love heart rate monitors, but I can't stand dealing with the damn strap. With this watch I don't have to worry about that. Just put it on and place to fingers on the watch to see my heart rate. I've had mine for a while now, and very rarely do I ever have any problems getting a reading. This particular watch will also show what percentage of your age predicted maximum heart rate you are exercising at. You can input your weight, and the watch will calculate how many calories you burn during your workout. By entering the number of calories you take in the watch will show you your caloric balance for the day. I'm sure some of you wanna know if it's stylish. Well, it's a sports watch. So, if you've got a Ball or Red Carpet event to attend, you should probably go with something a little more "sparkly". But, it is better looking that a lot of the watches that come with the traditional heart rate monitor.

Weight Lifting Gloves
First to recommend
Description
I personally don't wear gloves when I lift, that's just how I roll. :) However, my daughter is constantly telling me how nasty she thinks my hands are. While there are numerous styles of weight lifting gloves, they are all designed to give you a better grip and protect your hands. You just have to pick the pair you feel suits you the best. They also make gloves in ladies styles.

Lynx Performance Grips

Description
I've never really liked wearing weightlifting gloves. And these gizmos would have save a lot of wear and tear on my hands. Plus, my 11 year old woudn't constantly be telling me, "Dad, you're hands are really gross." She's an ego booster, that's for sure.
