About this list:

I want my life to SOAR! To do this I’m always looking to make my whole body grow & evolve. My personal secret is this: incorporate things that nurture my mind, body, emotions and soul. If I spend time on each of these aspects I see my life change incredibly from year to year. It never fails because these fantastic four parts make up a happy and healthy human being. With that in mind, here’s what I’m doing this summer to create positive change.

Description

For my BODY: To make my body relax at the end of the day I use their Vishnu scent. OhmyGod, you can’t help but feel you’re on vacation once the aroma takes over your senses. Everything relaxes and de-stresses in my body immediately.

Chocolate from Leonidas

Description

For my EMOTIONS: There’s no greater “Ahhhhhhhhh” than a great piece of chocolate. Leonidas is my choice. Life is hard, and hard work deserves rewards. For me, the reward after a job well done is any of their incredible pieces of cocoa decadence.

For my SOUL: To give back to the world makes my heart feel full. There are children struggling just to eat a meal and have a shelter over their frail bodies...this organization not only takes care of children, but helps the entire community treat their children with respect and care.
