Lookout JoAnne's- Spoonflower is coming! While this service is still in beta (apply!) pretty soon you'll be able to upload your own fabric designs and have them custom printed. You can store your past designs and have them printed as needed. The upload takes TIFF files at 150 dpi. Once you've uploaded you can order a swatch, a fat quarter or between 1-5 yards. They ship internationally and turn around is currently about a week (they're hoping to get faster). The printing is digital and the inks are washfast. Prices range from $5 (swatch) to $90 for 5 yards. (via ReadyMade)
