About this list:
Having been a bookworm as a child and inevitably the last one picked for any team in gym class, I would never have believed that I would be a die-hard fitness fanatic once I reached my freshman year in college. So, I know that there is an exercise to please each and every body. Perhaps you just haven't happened upon it yet. But you will feel better once you do . . . I hope this list helps you to find your own groove and work it.
Qualifications:
A former sports reject turned running fool
The Ropeless Jump Rope

An excellent work-out for your entire body, jumping rope now becomes possible within small spaces, such as hotel rooms or cubicles. Maybe the weather is lousy or you need to take your show on the road. Carry these rope handles with you in the included bag. And get additional coaching on the use of the handles with the instructional DVD.

Target: Junior Spirit Archery Set
First to recommend
Description
My son recently told me that he wants to be an archer when he grows up. Okay, so, maybe there aren't that many paying jobs out there for a well-trained archer, but he could be on that Olympic roster one day. And, lest I squelch any sincere desire he has to pursue excellence, I agreed to buy him an archery set this summer. If you have a budding archer in your own family, this junior set is a fun and safe place to start practicing.
