About this list:
Having been a bookworm as a child and inevitably the last one picked for any team in gym class, I would never have believed that I would be a die-hard fitness fanatic once I reached my freshman year in college. So, I know that there is an exercise to please each and every body. Perhaps you just haven't happened upon it yet. But you will feel better once you do . . . I hope this list helps you to find your own groove and work it.

As inspiring as his story is, the tips and tricks he offers in this new, paperback version of "G-Force" will help you get on your way to a more healthy and happy you.

Dutch Bike Co. Seattle: Conference Bike
First to recommend
Description
You actually need to live in Seattle to take advantage of this contraption, fittingly named the "conference bike." Not that you'll actually get much work done if you tried to hold a meeting (not to mention keep a straight face) while participating in a group "ride" but you would certainly forge some bonds and generate more than a little publicity. Perhaps you want to consider buying one for your own town or lobbying the local mayor to do so. In the meantime, you and a few friends could book a trip to Seattle for a test drive.
