The secret lies in the built-in image editing which allows you to play around with different artistic functions. Great product as the Christmas season approaches.

Description

The ASICS Gel-Kayano is my fave running shoe, and it will be especially great for the runs I plan to take in the crisp fall weather. They are a little pricey, but featherweight for jogging. I am also going through an orange stage, so the color is an added perk.

Lancôme Paris - L'EXTRÊME WATERPROOF

I have tried them all. This one from Lancome is my favorite. Make-up artists at the "The View" got me hooked on false eye-lashes. They're hard to keep up. Now, I only wear them for special occasions when I need to look my holiday best. My kids get a kick out of the lashes. They call them "caterpillars" cause that's what they look like when you peel them off. It is as close as mom gets to a magic trick.

Description

My sister got me hooked on these Turkish towels from Restoration Hardware. The color-on-color monogramming looks sophisticated and makes a fantastic gift. Interestingly, monogramming tends to be more accurate online cause you see what you're actually going to get. I tend to think all towels should be white, but the Silver Sage color is so gorgeous I am branching out.

Description

Worked briefly at Calvin Klein & made a life-long friend in fashion. She tipped me off to this magical product. Have no idea how it works, but have never found anything that de-frizzes hair quite like this. It's the next best thing (& cheaper) than getting Japanese Hair Straightening which reminds me, I need to ask her about that;)

I have this in black with stainless steel. I liked the aesthetics and somewhat retro feel. I will undoubtedly be using it as the weather gets crispier and the mornings require more coffee.

A girl needs to splurge sometimes and I think these shoes are definitely splurge-worthy. So they're $220 dollars! How cute are these flats? I love the Tory Burch emblem. I love the slouched heel (more comfortable, I think) I love the various colors/styles.

I once worked with a really stylish woman (we'll call her Wendy). She now lives in a penthouse apartment in Chelsea NYC where art specialists were brought in to hang giant pieces in room with the most fabulous chair you've ever seen. Full-wall-length art & taking risks with color are foreign concepts to me, but it's striking if you can pull it off. Wendy can. Me? Not so much. But, everytime get the Design Within Reach catalog, I briefly forget this & become mesmerized by the sheer thought of having such talent. In the current catalog they've even decked out an Airstream, proving people who have this hip gift can apply it to any space.You'll have to look closely to see this first one. It's the Victoria Ghost Side Chair.
