Through most of the movie (and from the top the equally famous movie poster) Tom Cruise looks out through a pair of Wayfarer glasses. Now, these glasses are back, and they're been the inspiration for a number of clothing items, going far beyong the eye-wear borders.

For some reason, whenever I think of Juicy Couture I think pink. I am aware that they have more clothing articles than I can count and also that said clothing items are available in every color of the rainbow, but I can not shake the thought from my head. None the less, I adore these cute and girly Wayfarer-inspired sunglasses, that just seem to scream "PINK!" and reinstate WHY I always associate this common color with Juicy couture.

Wayfarers certainly are making their way back into style this spring, having appeared not only in UV protective old school cool-looking glasses form but also on bags, hats, shirts, and, like this axample from cardboard robot, necklaces! This is the secong Wayfarer-inspired necklace I've seen (but I'm sure there are more, because this is SUCH a great idea) and I am totally loving these innovative creations! This particular necklace is silver, and has a "sculpted" (because I am not sure of the right word) back as well as the front.

More proof that geek chic is in this year. These glasses, straight and smooth along the top, and sloppily rounded around the bottom score majorly high on the cool list... even though they look as tough they could be as easily found in Marks and Spencers as in Topshop.
