Much more than a music player, the iPod Touch is a wifi browser and a multimedia experience like Apple only knows how to do.
Direct connection to YouTube is a great feature.
While Apple does not release its SDK (Software Development Kit), you may be interested in "freeing" your Touch and installing some beta apps... I confess I did it and I love my Touch even more now.
It´s always with me.
And it's no plastic toy, it's a strong piece of equipment. Add a silicon skin and it's even more resistant. Only avoid water... ;-) Keep it in the "air".
