About this list:

Last year during a long stretch of boredom at work, a co-worker and I administered a survey: "What would you rather be? A pirate or a ninja". Of course "pirate" was the right answer. You get all the booty and the booty. Not to mention a monkey, a parrot and bragging rights. Also a sword, a crew, guns....i could go on. So whether your a classic pirate lover or a contemporary aspiring pirate, here's some things you may want to make that dream come true. Or at least to walk the walk. Oh, and space pirates too.

So it's completely out-there, in-your-face, off-the-wall design, but I would still recommend it as a wedding ring. How utterly unique! And not something that will drown on you.

I remember browsing through this book a few years ago at Barnes & Nobles and having a hard time putting it down. It tells you how to make a shelter, find food, kill animals and most importantly how to psychologically assess the individuals in a group of survivors. This way you can see who most likely won't make it. Or who will be the most problematic. (You know, the consistent whiner or crier or overly agitated and aggressive) What if you were to say obsessively eat pine cones and rub straw in your hair, like I would probably do. (via Amazon)
