About this list:

Okay, let's be honest. I don't wear couture. I love it, but I have to fake it until I make it (which probably won't happen either). Actually, now that we're speaking frankly, I'm in jeans about 90% of my life. So really, this list is just stuff I'd really like to wear - be it my favorite pair of Levi's and a cute tee from Target, or that Versace dress that I still dream about. . . . It should be noted that I also have a slight BCBG addiction. Hardly worth mentioning really.

I picked up a pair of BCBGirl shoes at Ross or Marshall's or something once, that were this style. The toe may have been a tiny bit pointier, and they were brown, faux snakeskin. I loved those shoes. Loved them for years of wear and four trips to the cobbler before he finally told me to give up the ghost. He fixed them, but didn't charge me for them since he knew they'd never hold up.
And if they can hold up for years of abuse (I'm the kind of girl that runs in heels and is constantly getting stuck in grates, or cracks in the middle of busy intersections like the damsels of yore) and hiking up and down the hills of San Francisco, I'm sure they'll do you well too.

Yes, I am probably too old to be shopping at dELiA's, but that won't stop me. I love their cords. They are soft and comfy and stretchy and fit well and given that these are on clearance for $20, I think as soon as I close this window I'll pick up a couple of pairs.
