Adorable!
I have a niece due to be born in August '08 and this is definitely going on my list of things she must have. Stylistically cute enough to appeal to older boys and girls as well (yes, there are boy versions)!

Prints | Mark Teague | How does a Dinosaur...
First to recommend
Description
Mark Teague is the illustrator of Jane Yolen's "How does a dinosaur..." series, one of my favorite children's book series ever (and my son like it too). My dream house would definitely include a print of one or more of his dinosaur illustrations for my son's room. (via Every picture tells a story...)

Description
I've looked at a lot of rugs for my son's room and none of them have really called to me. But THIS! This I love! It's bright, it's interesting, it's Eric Carle! Brown bear, brown bear is one of his favorite books, and Mr. Carle is by far one of my favorite author/illustrators. Definitely a must have addition to my home. There is also a beautiful "Very hungry caterpillar" rug on the site. Love it!
This entire website (Eric Carle's Museum of Picture Book Art) is amazing. It features many artists, not just Eric Carle. You will find Dr. Suess, Maurice Sendak, Arnold Lobel, to name a few. Definitely an addition to my Favorites list. (via Eric Carle's museum of picture book art)

Western Chief Kids Raincoats

Description
I bought my son cowboy rainboots from Western Chief for Halloween and he has not wanted to take them off since. Every day we put them on to walk out to the car and he cries when we have to change into sneakers for daycare.
I am considering the Fireman's outfit for spring. The jackets and boots are really high-quality and your child will want to wear them ALL YEAR LONG. Plus they are crazy cute.
The boy in the picture is my son, stomping around the house in his rain boots and cowboy hat. :) (via Western Chief)

Western Chief Kids Umbrellas

Description
I wish they made these umbrellas for grownups. I bought my son a pair of cowboy rainboots from Western Chief to wear with his cowboy Halloween costume (it always rains on Halloween in New England) and he LOVES them. I can see one of these umbrellas being an equally big hit. It also takes care of the problem of how to stay dry when your three year old insists on holding the umbrella. You each get one!
Western Chief makes great, high-quality products that are also amazingly cute and fun for kids and adults. (via Western Chief)

Western Chief Kids Rain Boots

Description
These boots qualify as one of the best purchasing decisions I've ever made. My 2 year old ADORES them. I bought him the brown cowboy ones to wear with his Halloween costume and 7 months later he still insists on wearing them every day.
For the spring I am splurging on the whole fireman set (raincost, boots, etc.). They are great quality and the fun he gets out of stomping through puddles with them on is priceless. (via Western Chief)

This was originally recommended to me by RobotSquid and it was my son's favorite... okay, let's be honest. It was MY favorite onsie to dress him in. I think every kid should have one.
Cafepress doesn't have the most high-quality fabrics, but the imagination more than makes up for it. I've packed this one away so I can make a quilt square out of it one day for my son's memory quilt. (via Cafepress)

I found these by following the homepage link a ThisNext member (InventingMatilda), and wow! Another thing on this list of many things I intend to spoil my niece (due in Aug '08) with.
The designs on her website are amazing -- from striking black and white, to muted pastels, to vibrant primaries... I can see this getting a place of honor in baby's photo album or scrapbook. (via inventing matilda)

No where on the site are the words Star Wars mentioned, but the silhouettes are unmistakable. This silkscreened print allows you to subtly influence your fashionable room to the geek side... or give your child some decorations that do not scream MARKETING!!!
