Kirrily Johnston - absinthe dress

Description
This paradoxically-named dress is a stunner. Silk, gathering at the neckline, and drifitng away with the hem. Splurge on the matching burnt orange baudelaire tights, or layer it with blacks and greys for autumn.

Tintin Orange (1980) vintage poster by Raymond Savignac
First to recommend
Description
In 1962, illustrator of the Tintin comics - Herge - collaborated with poster-designer Raymond Savignac, to advertise the Tintin orange soft drink.
This is a second edition printed in 1980 - the original from 1962 is very rare.
Fans of Tintin and Snowy will like this, but the design is so cheerful and clean, I can see it appealing to many people.

nom*d :: beanie
First to recommend
Description
A pom pom AND earflaps? Cheerful burnt orange or classic black? This is the beanie you've been dreaming of. It will keep you warm all winter, while recalling childhood sled rides and snowball fights. At least, that's what I imagine it would recall if you didn't grow up in Australia like me. (Okay okay, so we have ski fields, just my parents were more summer beach types.)
Anyhow, the cord loops around in one piece, joining the two earflaps. So you can loop it around your neck a couple of times, and sling the beanie back like a hoodie, or let the cords hang low in front like an anorexic scarf.

galerie montmartre :: motocyclettes monet et goyon
First to recommend
Description
This poster dates back to 1926. Designed by OK Gerard, for Motocyclettes Monet et Goyon.
The symmetrical concentric circles radiating from the wheels are very pleasing. I love the silhouette and the scarf floating back in the wind.
It's dimensions are 80 x 118 cm.
