About this list:
It's the season of Sundance and I'm particularly giddy about what's going to come out of it. My biggest interest, I Love You Phillip Morris. But, let's forget about speculating what will come out of this year because I found a list on, The Screengrab, where they list their 5 favorite Sundance films ever. I haven't seen them all, but I certainly trust a list with Bottle Rocket

Though it didn't bag any of the big prizes in Park City, it was through Sundance that this gem of a film really started to generate some serious buzz, subsequently becoming one of the more cherished films of the 90s and resulting in the launch of the careers of Wes Anderson (and the Wilson brothers).

This coming of age dark comedy won the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance in'96 and Launched the career of director, Todd Solondz. It is still one of the most touching and sympathetic, albeit incredibly uncomfortable, views of adolescence ever captured on film.
