Kuhn Rikon 6-Piece Duromatic Duo Pressure Cooker Set

First to recommend

Description

I'm a recent convert to pressure cooking, and I love it! Grains done perfectly in a jiffy (quinoa in 5 minutes, anyone?), beans cooked in under an hour, stock, stews... it's not just for making boring steam potatoes! And Kuhn Rikon is the best brand of course - it's Swiss. And yep, it's great for all kinds of Japanese dishes. It's a tiny bit scary to use, but hey it keeps cooking exciting!

Zojirushi NH-VBC18 10-Cup Rice Cooker and Warmer with Induction Heating System

First to recommend

Description

Making rice properly is not an easy job - unless you have a rice cooker! Zojirushi is one of the best brands. Why a 10 cup size? You can use it to make even 1 cup of rice for every day, but you're ready to tackle your next big sushi party with it too!
