This was one of the best pieces of babygear that I received. It would have never dawned on me to buy it, so thank goodness someone else got it for me. It spent quite a bit of time in my car, as it was perfect for when we were anywhere that wasn't too baby-friendly. And as our son grew older and got bigger, it was great for sitting him up at the table with us for meals.

A great way to decorate a kid's bathroom. Colourful and a nice twist on the classic yellow rubber duck.

I've got four of these ( we took out the duplicate yellow one) hanging up in my son's bathroom, and they match quite well with his rubber ducks.

First there's a story with a penguin that is just too adorable for words. It makes my heart swell it's so sweet. But it gets even better! There's a link to a download of Davy Jones (remember him? He was one of the Monkees) singing the story. It's a catchy tune that will be in your head for days, and one you will always find yourself singing when you read the book. I know I do.

Rockabye Baby! Lullaby Renditions of The Cure

The entire Rockabye Baby series is - in my opinion - amazing. These cds are calming enough to help put your baby to sleep, but they use songs and artists parents actually like. So while you're rocking your little one for what seems like forever, help pass the time with songs you can sing along to in your head to help keep you sane.

Some other artists the cds are based on: U2, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Nirvana, The Beatles, and oh so many more. There's pretty much something for everyone.

(The Cure one is the one I listened to over and over again. Lovesong is one of my favourite songs, and usually the song where my son would fall asleep enough for me to put him in his bed)

I have this bag and it is wonderful. I'm past the stage of needing the changing pad, but it would have been so useful to have back when I did need one. Recently I took this bag with me on a trip and I used it as a) a diaper bag, b) a purse, and c) a carry-on for the airplane. There are so many nooks and crannies to keep stuff in, and you can easily access the changing pad from it's own compartment (which is just held closed by velco ... again, easy access). It's well worth the money. (via jj cole)
