When I was in graduate school I had the good fortune of meeting the wonderful women of Gees Bend. I would LOVE to own a Gees Bend Quilt. They've been exhibited at countless museums and galleries worldwide. These quilts have sparked numerous debates in the art world about the line between art and craft and the notions of outsider art. The Expedit bookcase by Ikea. So many cubbies. So much stuff. I like that it allows me to put all my books, dvds, magazines, cds, photos, knick knacks and brickabracks in one centralized place, eliminating clutter all over my apt.
