I like this dress because it can be casual or dressy and it also seems very Blair Waldorfish to me so thats another bonus.

To keep it classy, I would recommend black shoes but to be a little more unique, a colorful pin on the dress would work with some interesting birght colored shoes, especially some ankle booties!
