Menu Carafe
First to recommend
Description
It's difficult to say that a cool glass of water (not to mention a glass of wine) is more appealing when it comes from the fluid form of a carafe. But watching it breath between glasses is a little more fun.

Pippette Oil & Vinegar Set
First to recommend
Description
Part of you knows that no matter how cool an oil & vinager set looks, you're still going to muck it up when pouring. Of course, this set from Menu looks fantastic on the table between meals.

Description
Originally designed in the '40s by Giordano Robbiati as part of an "Atomic" collection, the La Sorrentina coffee machine feels firmly planted in the Atomics Age, giving it a slightly exotic, kitschy feel. But that counts, too. The machine is designed to produce up to six shots of espresso at a time, in addition to frothed milk.

KING KEN MUG

Description
The coffee mug is a pretty obvious open canvas for lowbrow art. Pretty underutilized, though.

Zanisa: Udon Noodle Bowl

Description
Maybe it just makes more sense drinking broth out of a mug than out of a bowl. Either way, this piece looks as sculptural as it does functional.

Description
This set of measuring cups stores comfortably within itself like a nested doll. It's pretty convenient in terms of space conservation, but it's also a fun toy for a kid just learning her way around the kitchen.

Birds of Feather Plates
3 people recommended this item
Description
There's no use going on about rural poverty fetish, but let's just say this plate has a subtle, homely charm. The cut/paste feel of the imagery gives it a further detachment so lonesome you'll want to cover it with something fried in a skillet.
