I first saw this on PBS. After watching Wayne speak about it, I went to the local bookstore to read a bit of the book. This book helped me change the way I thought about possibilities and I have sent a copy to my aunt to help her out. I know of others that have read the book and feel just as passionately as I do about it. A must read.

Heroes

Description

Perhaps this show taps into my personal psyche, perhaps it triggers memories of being a little girl watching saturday morning cartoons. Or maybe from the few years I was a role player playing Heroes Unlimited. The point is moot. However the fact is this show makes me look forward to Monday nights as much as football junkies look forward to the superbowl. Every episode leaves me wanting more and keeps me glued to the seat.

If you haven't seen this show already, do your inner child a favor and do so.

As for me, I'm pre-ordering the first season on DVD (whenever that happens).

Rosetta Stone: Language Learning Software

Description

I'm using this program right now to learn a couple of languages. You learn how to speak, read, and fully communicate through pictures and the written language itself in phonetic english or the actual language. It's so effective, I've turned my mother on to it and now she's learning how to speak and read spanish...

I'm looking forward to using this program for all my language learning needs. My next language after I finish with Spanish is Japanese.

The Silent Force

Gothic rock, lush sounds, unfortunately this group was not promoted well in the states. This album is one of the few I can listen to straight through with barely any skipping.

Description

I got this book prior to it's release and read it. For those serious about being successful in ANYTHING, this is certainly a book you must read. The one thing really good about Jack also is after reading the book halfway, I emailed his people to thank him and a month later he responded back himself, commenting on what I had wrote in the letter. Very personable person.

I very worthwhile read. Afterall, don't be lead by the blind. If you want to be successful, get the "how" from someone who already is.
