so technically, Little Miss Sunshine starts out somewhere in arizona, but if you're from LA, you know that Dinah's Fried Chicken (what they're eating at the dinner table) in on sepulveda right near LAX and that Pann's (the diner where Olive eats chocolate ice cream) is a diner on Centinela.
LA, represent!
by the way, Little Miss Sunshine made me laugh so hard i cried and cry so hard I snorted.

When you have down time in college, you're either hungover or just got our of a midterm you crammed for overnight. A good movie supply is a must-have in college. I probably watched at least 2 movies a night. Roomie movie nights are so fun, too. A Netflix membership is a great idea because there are no late fees and the possibilities are endless. We all know college students aren't the best at avoiding late fees. I think I stacked up at like fifty bucks in fees at Hollywood Video during my college stint.
My favorite flick that Netflix exposed to me? The Waitress. It's wonderful.

when dr. 90210 comes on the tv, i lunge for the remote to change the channel, utterly appalled that there are people out there who want to do this to themselves, and that they are allowed to show this ridiculosity on television, and yet...i am so....strangely....attracted...to it. i just can't seem to stop watching.
