Before I became a Sommelier and a wine merchant I was a Chef, and I wish that I had this knife in my kit back then. This knife is just such a quick, nimble extension of my hand, it’s like driving a sports car! It’s quickly become my favorite blade, and I find myself using it for jobs that I’d normally turn to a larger knife for.

I’m always jotting notes and I’m never without a pen. I don’t like pencils, and never have, no matter how often I’ve tried to use them (even for crosswords!). This pen writes so smoothly, it seems to glide across the paper, giving just enough tactile feedback. I buy these by the dozen.
