Okay --- I was very skeptical, especially when I took this plastic contraption out of it's 10x10 box. When I installed it in under 5 minutes, I began to have a little hope, but I wasn't sure. All it took was one shower to make me a believer!!!! Now I list it as one of those products that I never knew how much I needed it until I got it.

I didn't even realize that I felt closed in or claustrophobic in my shower until I experienced how much BETTER I felt with the ShowerBow in place. It really does make the shower feel larger and roomier... no elbows hitting the plastic, no blowing showering curtain with every draft. And in my tiny, tiny, 1930's bathroom, every bit of space counts.

I was also worried about how it would look when not in use, but it is not a problem. It does mostly hide out of the way behind the shower curtain, and the part that shows is minimal.

I love it and so does everyone else who has showered at my house since I've had the ShowerBow in place.

This is the christmas gift that keeps giving - not only is it worth the laughter when the recipient opens it, but it is also a quite fine lamp and conversation piece year round. It's become one of my favorite things in the house - with a place of honor on top of the TV (to make it clearly visible through the front window of course, to make all who pass the house jealous). these bookends will definitely earn a few second looks - the mind's eye fills in the blanks and it looks like someone is walking right through the books on the shelf. Great conversation piece and functional, too.
