Kaia Peterka Virtue Leather, Silk or Lace Clutch
First to recommend
Description
Whether you go for the in buttery leather in trendy pewter, supple yellow silk or an antiqued special edition brocade print, you’ll have no trouble making excuses to carry your Virtue with you wherever you go. The simplistic styling make them as easily worn for day as for the night. It all depends on the fabric you choose, and trust me, each one is more beautiful than the next. High quality craftsmanship of these chic bags makes them worthy of everyone’s attention no matter what your style, and even more importantly, worth every penny. I could easily buy myself an entire armful of these pretty little clutches, one in every color, but alas I restrict myself to just one in Fleur d’Or, a taupe leather with golden floral print. Go on! Take a look and I guarantee you’ll have to restrain yourself. (via SheFindsTara)

Schick Intuition Plus Razor, Lathers & Shaves, Sensitive Skin

Description
Some of us don’t wax. In my case, all I needed to see was my skin’s reaction to having my eyebrows done—turning a bright shade of crimson with bumps to match was enough to scare me out of attempting to do that to major portions of my body. So, each morning, I dutifully lather up to achieve that salon look with fair to middling results. Now Schick has come along and combined an ergonomic, three-blade razor with a pivoting head and a built-in solid, shea butter soap. Now I can take care of everything in one easy step. The results? Soft and smooth with no irritation. Step out of the shower and into your shorts without the trip to the salon. (via SheFindsKathy)

John Slanted-Inspired Rock Ring

Description
We all love a great bargain and even more so when it comes with the look of something couture. This fabulous sterling silver ring by John Hardy has an edgy, artsy feel, a smooth contoured band, and a stand-out design that makes a statement. The spin-off has the same great look, but for $300 less. Unlike the real thing, however, it has a much shinier polish to it than the muted silver of the original. Still, for people who love big, exotic rings, you’ll love this knock-off. (via SheFindsTara)

Nothing goes better with one of summer’s flirty dresses than a locket—and this season, the standard heart-on-a-chain is giving way to designs that are funky, fresh and highly personal. (via SheFindsGenevieve)

Cocoa Crayon - SmartAss

Description
Every once and awhile, our smart ass pops out. Usually, the sarcastic side takes over when we’re talking to our boyfriend (and not the boss), but we’ve been known to have a few sly comments pop up there, too.
In tribute to our inner smart ass, the Vancouver duo of Smart Ass gals have created Smart Ass thongs, featuring such sly sayings as ‘Trophy Wife’ and ‘Something Blue’ for a bride-to-be. We’re particularly digging the Shopaholic panty, featured at left. On their tryout, the thongs were thin and comfortable to wear and didn’t run a higher risk of peeking than any other pair in our drawer.
At least now you know the next time someone sneaks a peek while you’re bent over, you’ll be able to give them some attitude without saying anything (although, like your sassy mouth, we do suggest you keep it away from the office.) (via SheFindsCourtney)

Kathleen Lewish Face Cream Daily Web Blog

Description
What: Kathleen Lewis Natural Body and Face Creams
Why: If you’re an Earth Mama, you’ll love this line of 100% natural skin products. How natural? Lewis created her Stiff and Sore Muscle Massage Cream herself, mixing peppermint, tea tree and grapeseed oil, aloe vera gel, beeswax and vitamin E, especially for her triathlete husband.
Frankly, without that menthol smell and lots of difficult-to-pronounce ingredients, I didn’t really think it would work, but after rubbing a little bit on my achy shoulder, it instantly felt better. If I do ever start working out again, this is coming with me. And yes, Earth Mamas, all Kathleen Lewis products are packaged in recyclable glass.
Price: $25 for 4 oz. and $8 for a 1 oz. travel size (via shefindsmom)

Hard Candy Sweet Spot Lip Gloss

Description
I was given some red lip gloss last Christmas, which usually conjures up ideas of something berry-flavored, but when I put it on, was startled to discover its chocolate flavor. It was interesting and tasted better than the plain stuff, but there are some things that, well, shouldn’t be chocolate. Lip gloss is one of those things.
Recently, I decided to give flavored lip gloss another chance, this time picking up Hard Candy’s ‘Hippie Chick’ -– a sparkling pink gloss with a fresh orange flavor. Unlike its chocolate cousin, this lip gloss reminded me positively of Minute Maid or Sunny-D. It’s sweet, sweet candy….without the calories and imparts an astonishing shimmery pout. Not only that, but it’s also vegan.

Satin Matte Blush Mineral Makeup from Alima Cosmetics

Description
I’ve been afraid of mineral cosmetics for a long time. For someone that is generally makeup-phobic, something that was promoted as ‘makeup concentrated’ didn’t get me very excited. Luckily, a friend urged me to check out Alima Cosmetics, a Portland-based company that works exclusively with natural minerals to create concentrated colors for the face, cheeks and eyes.
One top seller, the mineral blush, is particularly non-threatening. Since their Web site is loaded with information on mineral cosmetics and how to use them, I was able to start of easily—simply dip your brush, shake and sweep.
With 14 different colors to choose from -– and sample sizes that only cost $1 if you can’t decide on the one that is best for you -– the average user will discover the blush will last for months. I’m a particular fan of their newest color, Apple Blossom, a pale pink that is great for a little bit of color on my still-sunless skin. Plus, since they are inorganic compounds, mineral cosmetics will last indefinitely as long as they stay dry -– perfect for a person who throws away more spoiled makeup a year than she uses.

Organic Bath Co. White Tea Body Mist
First to recommend
Description
Shampoo, conditioner, soap, moisturizer, cleanser…these are all beauty things we can’t live without. We know that a body mist isn’t one of these things, but it’s so decadent, we feel like we’ve just left the spa every time we use it.
The White Tea body mist from the Organic Bath Company is one of the best sprays we have found with a light, natural scent and an 83.6% organic composition without alcohol, coloring or the presumably bad parabens and petroleum.
This isn’t a ‘must-have’ product, but who doesn’t need a little extra TLC now and then?
