Lots of my recommendations seem to mention smell, and this one will too -- I love the freshness of this shampoo. There are probably cheaper product-cleansing shampoos out there, but it doesn't matter. I love this stuff. While I don't always use it on Sundays, I do use it at least once a week as my curly, frizzy mop needs so much product to keep it tame that I need to clean the gunk out fairly regularly. The Boyfriend also uses this when he stays over. It's blue, so he doesn't mind using it as much. (via Mecca Cosmetica)

When I can't get out to a cafe (pouring with rain, too busy to be able to walk to a decent coffee establishment) this baby is my lifesaver.

A tablespoon of your favourite (FAIR TRADE!!) grinds then fill the top with hot water. The delectable liquid will have dripped through the filters by the time you walk back to your desk and settle down, and you'll soon be ready to stare at that screen for a little while longer.

Moleskine 2008 Soft Weekly Planner

I have been a Molekine freak since I discovered them a few years ago, and I will never use another planner. Last year I used the Red pocket version of this planner, which was awesome because it was RED, but unfortuntely I found I just had so much shite going on in my life that I needed a bigger version. So this year: success!

I like having a week-to-a-view planner so I know exactly what's going on, and I LOVE (do I use that word too often?) having the full page on the right for scribbles and reminders and weekly to-do lists. The soft cover is all nice and tactile and you can shove it in your bag and not worry too much about it.

This planner is tops, 5 xo's
