Waterman Expert Gold Pens

Description

This is my favorite fountain pen. I like a special pen. It need to be special/expensive enough to make you take care not to lose it, to make you take care of it, but not so special that you'd be devestated when you finally do misplace or break it.

I recommend the fine point.

Bottled Ink

First to recommend

Description

I am a writer who uses pen and ink. I love this set because the ink comes in so many colors. I feel such accomplishment when my pen runs out of ink. I often fill it in a new color so I can sort of keep track of my progress. My fave is "pinkly" but you could have guessed that.

N'espresso!

First to recommend

Description

I first discovered N'espresso machines when I was in Switzerland at a writers colony. I loved the way you just pull the handle and, voila!, espresso. I wanted to just drink coffee all day-- just to operate the machine. When I got home to the US, and saw the cost, I had to rethink things.

Finally, I bought it for myself and I use it everyday. I am the envy of my friends. This machine makes perfect espresso and foams milk with NO DRAMA. Really. It takes about 45 seconds to make a gorgeous cappuccino. Clean up takes even less time. I NEVER GO TO STARBUCKS ANYMORE.
