Impact Sports ePulse Strapless Heart Rate Monitor Watch and Calorimeter

Description
Over the years I have owned several heart rate monitors and fitness watches. With each one I found that there was something that I didn't like.
BUT this HR Monitor I just love!
First of all it's strapless - yeah
The arm band stays securely in place so you don't have to worry about pulling it up or rubbing your skin.
It is so easy to use & easy to read ( as I get older I find that some monitors are hard to read - I don't think that it's my vision - I think that they are making the numbers smaller)
It's also accurate and affordable - this I like very much.
The Impact Sports ePulse Strapless Heart Rate Monitor Watch and Calorimeter is my new fitness buddy.

Truth About Diets Fat Loss System
First to recommend
Description
I enjoy watch The Biggest Loser on TV & followed along with Jim & Bill Germanakos in Season 4.
What impressed me the most was that Jim was able to lose so much weight at home (132 pounds) which shows us that anyone can follow their system at home and that you don't need to be on TV to lose the weight.
The complete Rapid Action Metabolism (RAM) Fat Loss System that includes videos, recipes, menus, online meal generator etc., etc., etc., makes it easy for the average person to change their mindset, find motivation and finally lose the weight that they have been trying to but have always failed.
I am very impressed with this complete fat loss system and what I like is that they are giving away a free sample fat burning diet plan (the same one that they used to lose up to 10 pounds a week). Now that's what I call giving back.

ProForm 850 Space Saver Elliptical With Pacing Coach
First to recommend
Description
Do you find that you work out harder in a gym than you do at home? If so then the ProForm 850 elliptical may be perfect for you.
The ProForm 850 elliptical has a pacing coach that lights up to let you know when you need to work out harder to get the results you desire or if you need to slow it down a bit (but most like me, need it to tell them when they need to pick up the pace).
It's like having a coach right in your living room with you, telling you to stop lollygagging and to get on the ball.
Sure the ProForm 850 elliptical has a small footprint and folds up nicely and has fat melting and calorie burning workouts built right in, along with oversized pedals and a full 18" stride but it's the pacing coach that really caught my eye.
Whats the sense of working out, if you don't work out like you mean it.

Ok, I know that you have seen the Total Gym On TV and probably wondered does it work? Does Chuck & Christie really use the Total Gym?
Well the answers are yes, yes and yes.
Chuck Norris starting using the Total Gym to stay in shape over 30 years ago (really 30 years). Christie then learned about the Total Gym 10 years ago and has continued to use it ever since. Even though they both use the same piece of equipment they use it two totally different ways.
Chuck uses it for strength and for muscle building (like he isn't strong enough already) and Christie uses it to keep the fat off and to keep her great shape.
So whether your a man and want to build muscle or a woman who wants to keep her feminine shape the Total Gym can help you reach your goals.

Smooth 7.1 HR ProTreadmill With Power Folding
First to recommend
Description
Many people need to purchase a treadmill that folds up and away because they are short on space. For example my in-laws, have a small amount of living space so they need a folding treadmill. However, due to their age and limits on their physical strength, a folding treadmill is too hard to open and close. Even those with shock assist is still too hard.
Now with the Smooth 7.1 treadmill with power folding, they can push 1 button and the treadmill folds up. No more yanking or tugging.
This treadmill also has many unique features and has been rated a "Best Value" by treadmill reviews and with it's lifetime motor and frame warranty, commercial deck and rollers and 280 pound weight you know that it's solidly built. But for those with disabiliates or limited strength, I think that the power folding is a super feature and that is why I focused on that feature as I think that it is wonderful and will give many more the opportunity to use a treadmill when they otherwise would not be able.
