Beautiful, simple lines. Flattering to a number of body types. Lovely for outdoor weddings or even a winter wedding when paired with a glorious formal long coat (maybe a classic lace overlay). Still affordable for a wedding gown. (via etsy)

Sounding like a broken record - I'm a former event planner.
I've admired Alison Hotchkiss' work for sometime, because, well, she and I share a very similar design aesthetic. Fresh, modern yet warm and lighthearted. I tend to be partial to Californian designers...

I don't know if she/AE does their own event design, but I believe they do. You would be surprised at how many event planners rely on event designers even for the foundation design concept then give a "different" impression. (Naturally, I wasn't among that crowd.)

I'll try to post an image later. In the meantime, it's worth a look at their site. (via alison events)
