Jones New York: Summer Wind Belted Pleat Dress
First to recommend
4 people recommended this item
Description
I work in a creative field so it's rare that I need to wear a suit to work or an interview. In truth, I never have. So if I'm dressing up, I like to do my version of "creative-biz-casual" where I half dress business casual and then add something "funky" to look like a "creative-type". This dress would be a good start. Add funky heels and a brightly colored belt or cardigan, and it's definitely "creative biz casual"! (via Jones New York)

This sweater would look fabulous paired with that simple navy dress. Add a skinny belt, a bold necklace and funky shoes and you'll look "creative-biz-casual" instantly! Go get 'em!

Jones New York: Rosette Ruffle Victorian Shirt
First to recommend
Description
Take this ruffly button-down. The way it's styled here it looks pretty dull, but wear it under a sweater or a belted cardigan and it'll have way more texture, especially when paired with a bold color choice. Wear with wide legged nice jeans or trouser pants and complete the look with shoes and jewelry to coordinate.

Jones New York: Bouncy Belted Skirt
2 people recommended this item
Description
This skirt would be a great starting place to build your "creative-biz-casual" outfit for work or even an interview. Basic black with some design to it, to show you appreciate some creativity even in your clothing choice. Add shoes, jewelry and a top in a current color and style and you're all set. Jones New York: Easy Care Etched Floral Fitted Shirt
First to recommend
Description
In the creative field it's always a good idea to dress with design in mind. Take this floral shirt -- it's cute as is, but add some colorful accessories or style it differently and it'll really make you look put-together. I'd add a cardigan with the sleeves peeking out, or maybe a chunky necklace and a belt to break it up. BAM! "creative-biz-casual"! (via Jones New York)

It starts with a Rachel Roy dress. Then you add great accessories and you're ready to live it up.
