Melville is in the California Central Coast and is located in the Santa Rita Hills best known for there Pinot. Absolutely amazing. Always sold out and only can get the wine through wine club or pre-order. Any pinot by Melville is outstanding.

After eating at Zimzala I have decided this is more than just amazing food it's an experience.
My wife and I are foodies and big wine lovers. Not only did they meet our needs but set a new level of dining in Orange County.
What we ate...
First of all--amazing bread upfront. The Chef offered us up a 'Amuse' a taste to what is going to come. I knew we were in for a treat after that.
Appetizer:
-Zimzala Mezze (Platter of everything Mediterranean, killer hummus)
-Stove Oven Flatbread (Flatbread pizza with mushrooms, tomato, 3-cheeses)
Entree:
-Moroccan Chicken Tagine (Olives, chicken mixed in couscous) ME
-Pan-Roasted Wild Salmon (Peas, mushrooms, potatoes, bacon) Wife
*BTW- They do not advertise the Sommelier service but they have an advanced Sommelier named Christopher who was unbelievable and paired each plate with amazing wines; Palmina (one of our favs) and Honig wines.
This is not a Coach's or stereotypical Mediterranean restaurant. It has tastes of North Africa, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain, etc.
You know you're eating at a great restaurant when you're fighting with your wife over leftovers.
