I love New Orleans - a list by debegray
Options for This Page
About this list:
The coolest city in the world. I hope it returns. If you want to make a displaced New Orleanian feel more at home, make them some real New Orleans coffee with chicory and a muffaletta or some gumbo or red beans and rice (hard to choose) and put on some jazz or find a street performer with a trumpet.
Qualifications:
I love, love, love New Orleans.

I have no idea why New Orleanians don't all weigh three hundred pounds with these incredible goodies so close by. If you can't get there in person, this is the next best thing.

Description
There are few things that say New Orleans more than red beans and rice. There are many variations, and fierce battles over which is the original and/or best. You know what? It's all good (as long as you eat it on Monday).
