Description

This was my first ever yoga DVD. Its a bit corny with the techno music and the chick from Real World but it is a great yoga workout for all yogi levels. You get a nice at home workout that will work your muscles but not so much on the mind.

Ashtanga Yoga : David Swenson

Description

I bought this book years ago and I love it. I don't use it do workouts, usually, I need a teacher or a video to really get me through a workout. However, this book is great at teaching you the poses. You can also get to see how far poses can be taken. Very challenging and inspiring.

J Fit Premium Skidless Leopard Print Yoga Mat

Just when I think I've found the perfect yoga mat (see my Hello Kitty yoga mat rec) I go and discover a leopard print one. Its pretty hard for me to choose between my love of leopard print and my love for Hello Kitty. Perhaps I need to buy both.

I haven't tried this product but I think it looks awesome and totally useful. They are scented towelettes to wash your hands, feet, or face before and after yoga. This would make a great gift for a yoga lover too.
