Mad about roses - a list by hanahula
Options for This Page
About this list:
My most memorable rose was not red, nor was it a gesture of romance. It was the cream rose, the Delta Gamma rose specifically, I received upon my initiation into my sorority as a symbol of lifelong sisterhood. Yes, I am a romantic. And I was well before I even understood what a sorority was. Perhaps we are having a collective moment of nostalgia or a greater sense of symbolism, but roses are busting out all over. Bring them on !
Qualifications:
You will rarely find me without my rose-colored glasses on.

Now, perhaps more than ever, we need an extra incentive to pry open our wallets and shell out a few dollars. For me, knowing that my money is going to support both life and health, as well as creativity, makes my purchasing decisions a little easier. In this case, one of my favorite charities will be the beneficiary of Gucci's artistry. And we (or one of our Valentines) will get to sport an extraordinary rose "tattoo."
