A semi-hard cheese, its flavor is so creamy. Rustic though a little more complex than Manchego - Manchego style but made with cow's, goat's and sheep's milk (a triple threat).
Lovely alone, with honey or fig preserves (via igourmet)

I prefer Alpina (ever so slightly sugar-grainy and oh so thick yet spreadable), but this one is nice.
As versatile as nutella - use on toast, with ice cream and fruit (especially figs), or have by the spoonful.
No, not the same as caramel or dulce-de-leche, people! In the same culinary family but the aforementioned are NOT substitutes.
Not good for the waistline, but "nutella" and "ice cream" above should've clued you in on that. (via amigofoods.com)

Not really a pastry. It's unclassifiable, really.
The best description is plate-sized but paper-thin communion wafers.
Spread arequipe (Colombian caramel spread) between 2 and enjoy.
Best to buy obleas and arequipe separately rather than obleas with arequipe. (via amigofoods.com)
