Rosedawn Plantation DollHouse

First to recommend

Description

This is one of those creme de la creme of dollhouse dollhouses. On the 1 and 1/2 inch scale it's a work of art (and at that price it should be!) Not only is the house itself goregous, they also paint and stain it to your specification. That is the mark of an amazing dollhouse.

Katherine Open Front Victorian Dollhouse

Description

This rather large dollhouse opens in the front. With it's pretty painted shingles and porch it's a house I wouldn't mind living in which means it's perfect for a doll. Plus, it looks nice and sturdy, which is always a plus when dealing with delicate dollhouse furniture.

Linda Dollhouse (Built and Finished)

Description

One of the things I love about dollhouses is that most of the time they are houses that would be pretty neat to live in and it's very easy to rearrange the furniture. This house is adorable with the master bedroom terrace and sun room. Plus it comes finished with flooring and wallpaper--so if interior decoration isn't your thing...you can start with a done dollhouse.

Lady Anna Assembled Dollhouse-1 Inch Scale

First to recommend

Description

When I was a little girl my dad and I used to go to the craft store every once and a while. Every time we went I would look at the dollhouses. To me they seemed huge and luxurious, I'm sure now they were just basic dollhouses. But the best part was that they were unfinished! So I could do anything I wanted with it.

This 1:12 front open dollhouse comes finished with pretty wallpaper and wood. It looks like an old salt box style house which makes it perfect for a New England theme. Simple can be nice, especially when starting out.

Kids Bedroom Furniture Doll House Collection

Description

This is one of the cutest ideas I have seen for a child's bed set lately. A perfect way to display and yet also put away your toys while having them close by. Also, underbed storage is always a good thing in a room.

San Francisco Victorian Table Dollhouse

Description

This doll house reminds me of the old west. And that can be a fun theme to decorate to. It's also smaller so it will fit in far more places without taking up too much room. And in that adorable pink, it's just so cute!

Mansard Roof Townhouse Dollhouse With Legs

Description

At first I thought the legs were kind of weird, and then I thought a little bit more about it and I figured out that the legs make it far more accessible. With or without legs this towering townhouse is FAR too cute not to be appreciated.

Mint Julip Dollhouse Assembled withpainted exterior.

Description

As far as starter dollhouses go, I think this one would be a wonderful one. The outside is painted, but the inside (were you will be looking the most) hasn't been done yet which means you get to! It's a nice starter size with four rooms.

I want to live in the grown up version of this house. It's a gorgeous house with porches and balconies and little window boxes for flowers. And is that a stained glass door I see?
