Robot Coupe food processor

Description
Yes, I know that the first two items on my list spoke to the old fashioned, manual way of doing things, but our Robot Coupe (a Cuisinart on steroids) is a truly indispensable tool. We use it to make everything from our home-made marzipans to our peanut praline.

Description
We use Straus cream and butter, organic fruits and herbs, and lots of other really great stuff to make our chocolates. The Bay Area has some of the best Farmer’s Markets, making it easy for us to find all of the ingredients for our kitchen.

Nielsen Massey Vanilla Paste

Description

It almost doesn’t matter what brand (I like both Global and Wustoff), it just needs to be perfectly sharpened and well cared for.
