The problem with a description of hot, idiotic men who spend all their time with hot, idiotic women as douchebags is that it's generally only leveraged by frustrated, dumpy men who just want to be with hot, idiotic women. What initially seems like a text critical of "hottie/douchebaggery" culture is ultimately just a rant about the author's frustration over being cockblocked by other guys. Fair enough. I might suggest that he get to a gym post-haste, but I guess writing a book about it might be of some interest to women who don't read books. All of that said, who doesn't like to look at pictures of hot people?
