AeroGrow Indoor Countertop Garden

First to recommend

Description

Okay... So I love the idea of growing herbs in my kitchen, but it's kinda silly. You get enough for one meal at a time. So... Somebody needs to help me with my naive mind... Are people using these to grow pot, you think?

Why are they so popular?

Honestly, I want one to grow herbs for cooking.... But I've always been told I do things differently than others. What does that mean when it comes to this product? hmmmm.

CEIVA remote digital photo sharing display

First to recommend

Description

The fact that you can send photos remotely is quite amazing. My mum, for example, does not own a computer. I have difficulty sending her photos, since they're all digital and a pain to print, not to mention expensive.

Besides, what a great eco-friendly way to exchange photos without the cost and waste of paper!

Can I say I love the leopard skin option? Not for mum, but for me...

Vertical Garden Planting Panel

First to recommend

Description

I've been a fan of vertical gardens for years, and now there are finally products so I don't have to build it myself. You fill it with dirt and foliage. That's it... Well, best if you create framing around it or insert it into your wall. Hmmm. That might stop me from creating one soon... But I will, I promise you.

It took a little getting used to... the strong scent of Tea Tree Oil. Once you like it, you end up loving it. Regardless is you are microphobic or not, tea tree is a great natural product with so many medicinal benefits, it's hard to say no to.

Aqua Globes Watering Bulbs

First to recommend

Description

Are these tree ornaments? Or decorative solar lights? Decorative icicles? Nope! They're plant watering devices! Sure, you can use recycled water bottles in your soil as a drip system, but they're a tad uneasy on the eyes...

They only water what your plant needs, which helps with the environment too. Heck, every little effort helps.

Copper Cauldron Firepit Collection

2 people recommended this item

Description

I LOVE fire, probably too much. I love outdoor fires too, and firepits make it a lot more safe with my pyromaniac desires. I have steel and concrete pits and had a small copper one. This one I like because when not in used, I can double-use for water hose storage.

Manzanita Jewelry Tree

Description

I've always had the idea of hanging my jewelry on a tree-like structure, and today I discovered this little treasure at WellDressedHome.com. To fully understand why I am psyched about this item, you may need to see (or at least imagine) in my jewelry tray the giant ball of what used to be individual necklaces...

T.S. Pink Corp Soap Stones

First to recommend

Description

The new face of soap stones... These are gorgeous! When I hear "soap stones" I think of the tacky ones they've been selling for the past 10 years, but wow, they've changed. Gorgeous in a bowl for the guest bathroom. Probably too attractive and intimidating to use, so I'll just add a little sign that says, "please use me." The opal, citrine, malachite and amethyst are $14.95 each.

Ubi Changing Tables

First to recommend

Description

I appreciate designs that are stylish and highly functional. I love the fact that Ubi was conceived because of one frustrated mom. Sue Wong, mom and creator, had a mechanical engineering background, and used it to design these tables to automatically dispense a new diaper with next change and also added fastener grips to keep diapers flat. The fact they're so stylish already sold me, but the add-ons of functions make it uber great. (via Elfster)
