Tile Decals Panel Designs

First to recommend

2 people recommended this item

Description

Designed to cover or enhance tile. These are easy to install, are waterproof, and clean up nicely. Use for backsplashes and walls, but avoid countertops and floor tiles due to the wear and tear on the designs. The designs are removable (but not reusable) and are the perfect answer for covering old tile in rentals or where the tired tile just needs a bit of color.

These tile sets are 12” square and are designed to go on four 4” tiles. They add a quick and elegant touch to a tile backsplash or are great as an accent to a boring shower wall.

Birds, Birds, Everywhere Birds....

Description

Trading Phrases originally started calling this design “A Flock of Seagulls” but they aren’t necessarily seagulls, and now that they've mentioned it I have trouble getting a certain 80’s song out of my head...sorry if I have put the words in your brain now. :-)

Instead I decided to call it Birds, Birds, Everywhere Birds (ha!) There are 26 birds to be scattered, or tossed to the wind, if you will. These birds range in size from 7” long to 2.5” long and can be grouped closely together, or they can take over an entire wall if you’ve got a lot of space to fill. (via Trading Phrases - Decal)

Evolve Showerhead

First to recommend

Description

I'm sitting in the kitchen talking to my youngest son (14) while I hear the shower in the background. (I'm thinking the 16 year old son is in the shower) Soon the 16 year old comes up and I discover the youngest is just letting shower heat up....for 20 minutes! I purchased this showerhead for the boys this weekend and it works great! If you multitask while you wait for the shower to get hot? Brush your teeth? Make the bed? Maybe even pick out your clothes or iron a collar? Many of us do—and don’t know that while we’re feeding the dog or grabbing that second cup of coffee, two-and-a-half gallons of hot water per minute are funneling down the drain.

Evolve showerheads stop this wasteful water/energy loss by dropping the flow to a trickle when the water reaches a comfortable 95 degrees. This way your hot water’s no longer running down the drain while you’re away from the shower. When you return you just pull the cord and the water flows at wonderful flow preheated.

Using an evolve showerhead can save a yearly average of 2,700 gallons of water, the fossil-fueled energy it takes to heat it—and up to $75 off your utility bill. (via Evolve Shower Heads)
