I have been wanting THIS book for so long.
It's a very witty book about artisanal chocolate making and explains everything in a scientific way (if you are like me and love food science then this is for you).
Think: aw (stands for water activity). Does that sound familiar? So rush to the nearest bookstore and grab this book.
