This is one of a kind. It is workbook for teens that is not too corny for a real teen to be interested in. This has the best of all worlds....it asks questions, basic and real of teens and allows them to carve out their own solutions rather that giving them advice. It is also filled with wonderful, inspiring quotations and teaches teens about affirmations in a way that doesn't cram anything too woo-woo down their throats.

This is truly an amazing presentation!

Wow! This is such and incredible book. Quick, easy to read. I will keep it by my bedside or in the rack to help me remember in times of trouble.
