Dual-motion Giddyup Core Exerciser

Um. So basically they've turned the mechanical bull that's usually a drunk and regretted decision into a workout machine. Hm! This exerciser moves horizontally in a figure 8 motion and up and down to mimic like you're riding a horse or bull. A great core workout - and pretty funny to have when your friends come over.

The Heavy Hoop

I took a class with one of these on a retreat a while back - and it really IS fun. A fun way to work out - it works your core and hips and butt and all those good places. Plus, it's way more fun than doing crunches.

They usually come with fun videos, too, so you don't get bored.

P.S. My mom has one of these, really.

Trikke

This machine works out your body in a way similar to surfing, skiing, snowboarding, or skateboarding does. You move with the motion of the Trikke and get your mojo going.

This will be in my home gym because my home gym will be beachside, so I'll ride my Trikke on the boardwalk everyday, obviously.

I have always secretly wanted these. With this you can bring your dumbells anywhere with you - perfect for a business traveler I'd assume. I'd also like them in my home gym just because they are so cool while being so dorky. And easier to move than real free weights!

I'm not sure what this is. If you're supposed to bring it to work or use it in your whitie tighties - I'm not sure. But it looks like a pretty good arm workout, and could definitely get your co-workers talking or your lactic acid flowin'!
