Power Walk

Description

It's cross country skiing without the snowy backdrop. It's a great workout. And it's quite possibly the only thing I want to see people doing on my drive home tonight.

Everybody wants a pilates body - and with this you can get one without expensive lessons studio equipment. This machine is designed for beginners - it allows you to be a pro in minutes.

"The Pilates Power Gym also features multiple incline levels and 4 variable resistance cords for multiple strength training, muscle building moves not available on a normal Pilates reformer. Teeter Hang Ups

Description

Has anyone see the infomercial for this? It is only the sweetest thing around. It relieves back pain be decompressing and stretch the spine while inverted! It's really easy to get in and out of (supposedly) and you can hang there all day. It gets your vertebrae fluid flowing and reduces nerve pressure. Ooh lala. And, its tres fun.

I think I know what I'm getting my mom for Christmas. She would just love this toy.

Description

Oh how perfect! Add some extra oomph to your lunges or any exercise with the balance pad. It adds some instability so that you have to use extra muscle power to maintain your own. A great way to step up your normal conditioning routine.

Manduka eKO 5mm Yoga Mat

First to recommend

2 people recommended this item

Description

I am an avid yoga pracititioner, and no mat works better than the Manduka eko mat. It is the widest mat I can find, giving me ample space to practice in class. The mat never moves, so you don't find yourself tripping over your mat while vinyasa-ing. Also, it's entirely eco-friendly and is biodegradable. It should last you about 5 years, so the $65.00 will pay for itself many times over had you instead opted for the $30.00 plastic mats. Namaste.

Sole Fitness F83 Folding Treadmill

Description

This treadmill is awesome. The entire line of Sole Fitness is promising. This machine has all the bells and whistles you need plus more. Then when you're done, you can fold it up with it's "Easy Assist". Walking on the treadmill while watching Oprah everyday makes so much more sense than just sitting on the couch!

Description

If nothing else, you clicked this because that is one good looking guy. I think this has something to do with perfect abs...yeah, that's it.

The Perfect Pushup was developed by the US Navy and is supposed to help you maximize your upper body workout while doing pushups. The rotating hand grips allow your arms to twist naturally during the pushup, engaging more muscles and reducing strain on your feeble joints. (via Crunchgear)
