Description
It's cross country skiing without the snowy backdrop. It's a great workout. And it's quite possibly the only thing I want to see people doing on my drive home tonight.

Has anyone see the infomercial for this? It is only the sweetest thing around. It relieves back pain be decompressing and stretch the spine while inverted! It's really easy to get in and out of (supposedly) and you can hang there all day. It gets your vertebrae fluid flowing and reduces nerve pressure. Ooh lala. And, its tres fun.

Manduka eKO 5mm Yoga Mat

2 people recommended this item
Description
I am an avid yoga pracititioner, and no mat works better than the Manduka eko mat. It is the widest mat I can find, giving me ample space to practice in class. The mat never moves, so you don't find yourself tripping over your mat while vinyasa-ing. Also, it's entirely eco-friendly and is biodegradable. It should last you about 5 years, so the $65.00 will pay for itself many times over had you instead opted for the $30.00 plastic mats. Namaste.

The Perfect Pushup was developed by the US Navy and is supposed to help you maximize your upper body workout while doing pushups. The rotating hand grips allow your arms to twist naturally during the pushup, engaging more muscles and reducing strain on your feeble joints. (via Crunchgear)
