When I was a kid, I wanted to be just like Bukaroo Bonzai, a stylish, space and time traveling neurosurgeon, particle physicist and rock star. The movie stars Peter Weller (Robocop), Jeff Goldblum (The Fly) and John Lithgow (Third Rock from the Sun). Super fum movie! (via Amazon)

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland DVD

Description
This film adaptation is a U.K. version from '72. I wasn't immediately familiar with it, but was sure I had seen it at some point in my life. After looking at some stills I realized I had seen it eons ago. Its a musical version and stars Dudley Moore (that was the only actor I could recognize by name) Oh, and Peter Sellers (The Pink Panther). From what I remember, this movie was better than the NBC version that came out in '99 and the '85 version. Come to think of it, I think this was the first Alice movie I ever saw. (via Amazon)

Eerie, Indiana - The Complete Series

Description
This short lived prime time series was actually a good show. It was about two brothers who move to a town where really weird stuff happens. It was part thriller, part horror, part sci fi. Its a shame it went off the air so quickly. Fortunately, however, its on dvd. Unfortunately, its not remastered. Check it out, especially if you've got kids and/ or preteens. (via Amazon)

This was such a great sci fi kids show! This British tv show originally aired from 1973-79 and featured a group of teens with unique powers. They were the next step in human evolution. They were telepathic and could transport themselves. If you don't know about this classic, cult favorite, check it out! (via Amazon)

I feel like people slept on Stardust. Its a REALLY good movie. I only saw it because I had time to kill and was near the movie theater. It was highly entertaining and comparable to the humor, intelligence and adventure of The Princess Bride. See it. (via Amazon)
