Epicurvegan: Pumpkin Agnolotti with White Bean and Garlic Cream Sauce
First to recommend
Description
I took GoVeg.com's 30 day pledge to be veg, and found this great vegan recipe site. I can't wait to try the white bean garlic sauce on these pumpkin pastas. Although I'm not a vegan, I am now officially a vegetarian. I really like eggs, and I get mine from local free range chickens, so no guilt there. But this site has lots of intriguing vegan recipes, so maybe I could cut back on the butter and cream.

MMS - Miracle Mineral Supplement
First to recommend
Description
Sodium Chlorite + lemon juice = Chlorine Dioxide. It is used to purify water supplies. Allegedly, used as instructed, it sends oxygen through your blood wiping out anything with a low ph - parasites, pathogens, bacteria, etc. I took in a stray cat who tested positive for feline leukemia, a deadly cat virus, and I'm trying it out on him. (At 20 bucks a bottle, it's not too serious an investment). I'll have him tested again in about a month and see if it's real or if it's all bunk. If it DOES clear up his disease, the implications would be huge. So I'll report back. In the meantime, this is a substance found in some mouth washes. At least, it can heal your gums & brighten your teeth.
Update: The FeLV+ kitty, Inky, has still not shown signs of the disease, which is unusual in kittens, (they usually die of it quickly) so I highly recommend this if your pet is diagnosed.
Also - I've taken this myself when bitten by black flies (a little gnat in areas with pure, running water) and it keeps me from developing the usual welts. Also, this clears up acne, nail fungus, and flu (results from various human guinea pigs). Plus - it got rid of my cat Mighty Mite's miliary dermatitis - a reaction to even one flea bite.
So obviously, it works with bacteria and viruses. Now, does it work against cancer? Well, Inky wasn't cured after 3 weeks, but eventually I'll have him tested again. In the meantime, a friend with a malignant tumor is taking it, and we'll see how she does with it.

Description
The visuals are purely functional in this video, but I'm a sucker for an Aussie accent. Here, an affable Australian man who suffers from lung cancer shows how to use MMS. He claims it saved him when he was given only 3 months to live (3 years ago) and is convinced it will ultimately cure him. Let's hope he's right. Fortunately, this video does NOT feature the man who developed this therapy, a minerologist who is like the incarnation of those wacky words on the Dr. Bronner's soap bottles. He's a crusty old character, and not very articulate. But this video was most helpful letting me know how to mix up MMS for my FeLV+ kitty. Time will tell.

Dr. Bronner - Castile Soap Peppermint

Description
I recently discovered this all-purpose soap at my local organic store. It's awesome. I love it that you can use it for hair, body, hands... Makes traveling a lot easier. It also contains hemp, which concerns some of my friends in terms of passing customs when traveling abroad. I don't think this bit of hemp is going to set of any alarms, but I suppose I wouldn't know...
Can be used on pets (so they claim, but I haven't tried). Organic and not tested on animals. Thumbs up.

Hawthorn berries are for cardiovascular health. They're so effective that they're dangerous for people taking Digitalis. I have my cat, Oscar, on Hawthorn & Cayenne to heal his heart murmur and keep him from getting blood clots. And I take it too as a preventative.

The reasons to eat meat are: taste, texture, protein. I mean, surely, no one eats it because they WANT to inflict pain on an animal, ruin their health, or cause the planet's demise. A friend made a casserole with "Quorn", you'd never know it wasn't meat.

Description
Cayenne will heal your heart, purify your blood, and boost the efficiency of garlic, to name just a few of this amazing pepper's attributes. This is 40,000 heat units, a good place to start, but 80,000 is even better. There's lots of information about Cayenne's healing properties out there. Check it out.
