Fit Ball
First to recommend
Description
Fit Balls are inflatable exercise balls that are great for helping to develop core/abdominal strength, as well as balance. I use mine for ab work-outs that are low-stress on my back but high intensity for my core. Fit Balls are great overall training tools and I recommend them for any sport which requires solid core strength (which is really just about every sport)
I also use my Fit Ball as a chair. Sitting on one of these balls while working is fun, good for your balance, and does not cut blood off to your legs the way some chairs can when they hit the back of your knees/hamstrings. I am 6'2". If you are my height, get the 75cm ball. Also be sure to get the pump. Makes life much easier.
If you have kids, Fit Balls are a super fun toy for them as well. Imagine if you had had a ball as big as you were tall when you were a kid. How cool is that?!

Description
These guys have built a fantastic online record label that sources some simply awesome dance music. I think their electronica, trance, and deep house artists are especially strong. I highly recommend you subscribe to the podcast as it will give you a good smapler of what they offer and you can then click-thru to buy the tracks.
I love listening to this stuff when I am grinding out an enduro work-out, whether that be running, biking, at the climbing wall. Also good for keeping my energy and focus when working and I need to be in my own world to concentrate

Description
Paul says this is the best stuff and I believe him. He does his homework so if you want good protein powders, check this stuff out. Good for muscle-building/repair post-enduro-fest or pull-down session. (via Paul)

Etymotic Earphones

Description
These are truly awesome earphones. They effectively block out background sound w/out forcing you to blast out your eardrums. The sound quality is very clear w/surprisingly good bass for such tiny speakers (I listen to a lot of electronica w/pounding beats so good bass is essential for me). Handles more delicate classical music well too.
Also, they are super-comfortable and lightweight- ideal for endurofest rides and runus. The extralong cord is nice but can get tangled a bit too easily (via grenadefishing)

Great bike- well made, just enough travel to take the edge off, but not so much that it's inefficient or heavy.

Camelbak Hawg 100 oz. Hydration Pack

Description
The HAWG is the best, most durable hydrationpack I have used. It is big enough to load in a windshirt or top, tools, 100 oz of h2o, phone, light, pump/co2, and, of course, hammergel. Totally the way to go if you are heading out for a long ride.

Hammer Gel Endurance Fuel

Description
For when your bonking- or preventing muscle cramps, Hammer Gel is the best stuff around. I like the apple-cinnamon best. Put it in a little squeeze bottle for rides. For surfing, I like to bring some individual packs w/me out in the line-up so I can recharge w/out going in to the beach. Individual packs are good for longish multi-pitches too.
