A gorgeous prefab freestanding home addition by a modern architect for much less money than building it on your own. I love it because it is prefab, and because it creates an extra room without having to remodel the whole house. I love the clean, mid century modern design details like the clerestory windows. My fantasy is to have one in my future backyard for an office / studio/ yoga/ play / work space. Modernshed was the inspiration for Velocity to collaborate with the architect to design its “little brother”, the Modern Playshed.
