This is awesome. The pen is also an audio recorder so that when you're taking notes you can also press a button to record what the lecturer is saying. And if you use LiveScribe's paper you can link what you wrote to what you recorded. You can even upload all your written notes and audio using the pen's USB connection. Awesome! Would also make a great gift for minute takers and administrative assistants.
