We can think of a number of cases when workout wear sounds preferable for us at the office. For instance, when our co-worker turns the heat up high and all of a sudden our chunky wool sweater doesn’t seem like such a good idea, or when our stress level gets so high we swear that our cotton button down is showing a different color under our pits. Something we encounter most often is shutting down our computer while rushing to change from the swanky suit to the skinny yoga pants, all before that must-get-in 5:30 class.
